The interview process was good. They were mainly checking your English and how expressive you are, so if you describe your previous work better, then you're in. Mainly 2 rounds of interview.

Applied online and got a response within 48 hours for an interview at their LA HQ. When I got there, the interviewer was in a meeting and unavailable, so they wanted to reschedule. I left, and about 30 minutes later, they called asking me to come back as the interviewer was still unavailable, but I was stuck in LA traffic and couldn't. We talked about a phone interview, but they insisted on an in-person meeting. After about four calls, we set up a meeting for two days later. The next interview was straightforward, and they seemed interested. Then, I was asked for a second interview with the CEOs the following week, which was also standard. They mentioned they lacked confidence in some current leadership staff, which was surprising. Next, I was supposed to have phone interviews with the CTO and CIO the following week. The CTO interview was a typical 45-minute phone call. The CIO interview, which I thought was the last step, was canceled a few hours beforehand. I tried to find out about rescheduling and the cancellation but got no info. After a few days, I emailed about the next steps and a day or two later got a response that I was no longer being considered. I'd seriously advise researching this company thoroughly before interviewing. You'll find concerning info about their C-level/exec staff's experience and vendor payments, with many of their past companies now out of business. Some of this could be the business type, but the whole operation feels a bit off. Everyone seemed nice, but be very careful with this company. There's a concerning lack of professionalism, and I doubt their commitment to hiring for this position.

I had a phone interview, which was fine. Then, I was scheduled for an in-person interview downtown. The person I was supposed to meet was in a meeting, so I ended up re-interviewing with the person I had already spoken with on the phone. After an hour, I was told that the person I was supposed to meet wouldn't be meeting with me. They said they'd set up a video interview sometime in the future. No apologies were given for the wasted time or the need to reschedule.

The interview process started with an HR call, followed by two technical rounds with the teams in India and the US. Interviews were scheduled based on interviewer availability, and the interviewers were very supportive and put candidates at ease. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences. The process was aligned, and questions focused on past experiences.
