Data Center Engineer
So, the hiring process here was honestly pretty weird and kinda left me feeling bummed. I went through a bunch of interview rounds, did some technical tests, and even a behavioral assessment thing. But then? Radio silence. They just ghosted us, no update, no closure, nothing. It felt like a waste of time and effort, you know? Super unprofessional, and honestly, it makes you question their whole hiring game. Honestly, it's probably best to just forget about it and focus your energy on companies that actually care about being upfront and treating candidates right.

Manager
I had a terrible experience with this company. They asked me about my current or previous salary and refused to proceed without that information. This suggests they value employees based on salary, rather than potential contributions. This is a major concern. Also, they only offer the minimum legal requirement for paid vacation days (5), while most companies provide 12-15 days. For an 'international' company, this is another warning sign that they don't prioritize work-life balance. So, if you're looking for a job that values contributions and supports work-life balance, you might want to look elsewhere.

Business Development Manager
They used a really unprofessional method for salary negotiation, seeming to lack empathy for new candidates. I had to complete 4-5 assessments covering personality, IT skills, and others, which took about 4-5 hours. Then, there was an online video interview with the hiring manager. After passing all these stages, they generated an offer letter. Normally, HR would discuss salary negotiations over a call and try to understand the candidate's situation. Despite multiple requests to talk on the phone about concerns, including salary (which they refused), I was asked to email my concerns. After negotiating via email (unsure how the other party perceived my written points), they retracted the job offer the very next day. The strangest part is that the person handling the offer, negotiation, and retraction wasn't involved in the interview process at all; it was all done via email. They also never answer their calls. While they might be a good company, I wouldn't recommend working for them due to their outdated corporate culture and communication standards. My advice to the company: please treat people wanting to work for you better. Salary isn't the only factor for everyone. P.S. - Based on my background, I've interviewed and worked with many Fortune 500 and midsize companies.
- Can you tell me about any technical certifications you have obtained?
Accountant
The hiring process is very structured and straightforward. The moment you apply in their listing, the recruiter will send you an email detailing how the process would take place, provide you with the necessary information to have an insight of the company, and highlights that the process should not exceed 14 days. In my experience, the recruiters are quick to follow you up, set interview schedules, and inform you the results. My experience was true to their interview process mentioned in the first email I received and it didn't exceed 14 days. The recruiters also give you clear and specific instructions before the interview.
