It started with a simple introduction where they asked about my project details and the technologies I used. Then, there were basic JavaScript questions, followed by questions about Angular, data sharing, state management, CSS, CSS3, SCSS, RxJS observable, and the types of subjects.

The interview process was bad. They wanted too many details. There weren't enough women interviewing, which felt like an old boys club, especially for a government entity. They asked questions that were technically legal but designed to get information they aren't allowed to ask. After getting that information, the rest of the interview gave the impression the decision was already made based on the illegally obtained details.

I had a few interviews with TRS. First, a call to see if I was a good fit and interested in the role and location. Then TRS talked to the client to gauge their interest. After that, another chat with TRS where they laid out all the known issues, job details, info on my potential new boss, and what they thought the boss would ask, plus TRS's take on the best answers for me. When I interviewed with the client, it felt like a really well-rehearsed play. TRS also gave me technical info about the job and the company's products that I might not have found myself. I've never felt so ready for interviews before.

It started with a screening interview about my background, personality, and if I was a good fit. Then, I had a one-on-one with a manager who explained the role more and asked tougher technical questions. The last interview was a panel with several people from the TRS team, which mixed personality and technical stuff.
