First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TRS Healthcare.
Reconciliation Specialist
The interview process was in 2 phases, one interview with the Financial Controller and the other with the People's Team. The interviews were a few days apart.
- How would you pitch yourself if you were in an elevator?
Recruiter
So the interview process was kinda weird. First I got this call from someone who didn't really know much about the job I was applying for, and they didn't seem to have much personality. Then I had another interview with that same person and one other person. It was nice, but they still didn't know much about the job and couldn't answer my questions. The last interview was with a VP, and it was good but super chill. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't the best.
- What podcasts do you listen to?
Account Manager
The first round was a chat with the People Experience team to see if I'd fit the company culture. Then, I met with the VPs of Client Services for the second round. The final round was with the CGO.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Registered Nurse
First a quick phone call with the recruiter from The Right Solutions, and then the DON from Ponca City Hospital called me in for an interview. The department manager and the DON were there and asked me several questions about why I like Med-surg and why I chose to work in Ponca City.
- What is it that you enjoy about Med-Surg?
- What made you decide to work in Ponca City?
