The interview process started with an initial chat with the Engagement Team Manager. After that, there was a second interview with the VP of Sales and another Team Lead. It was a pretty easy process overall. It was a bummer to learn about the recent layoffs in May and September 2024, though.

4 interviews. First up, a 30 min chat with the recruiter to see if you're a good fit. They were super helpful! Next, a 30 min meeting with one of the hiring managers. Then, you'll do a mock pitch call. The last interview is a 1.5 hour session where you'll meet three different people one-on-one.

I had 4 interviews with 6 people total. A lot of my time was spent preparing and doing the interviews. They gave me good feedback in all the interviews before the final ones and were really supportive. After the last one, I got an email saying they weren't interested anymore. I asked for feedback on how I could improve, but they ghosted me twice. The CEO also asked weird questions that seemed like insider knowledge, which felt unfair.

The first call was longer than usual, about 30 minutes with around 10 questions, instead of the typical 10-15. Then there were two interviews with staff members. Standard interview questions came up, but one interviewer just talked about how much the company was growing and planning to hire, and also mentioned being an investor. I didn't get the job, but after checking reviews, it seems like I avoided a bad situation.
