The interview process started with a call from an internal recruiter who was friendly and professional. This was followed by a technical interview with two Software Engineers. Although I didn't move forward because it wasn't the best fit, the recruiter gave me a quick response and feedback. Everyone seemed really nice and chill, and it definitely didn't feel like a stressful or confrontational process. It seems like a great place to work.

I had a conversation with some open-minded interviewers. I introduced myself, and they seemed to have an open mindset. This was my first time communicating in English during an interview, followed by Mandarin, and finally Cantonese. It wasn't too difficult.

The interview process included a recruiter screening, followed by an online coding challenge. Then there was a hiring manager screening. I feel the Data Scientist job description doesn't quite match what they're actually looking for, based on their stated requirements. They require a BS in an analytics-related field, 2-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist/Senior Analyst, strong SQL for querying relational databases, solid Python or R programming skills, knowledge of A/B testing and statistical/Bayesian inference, experience with BI tools like Tableau, and AWS experience is a plus. They also want strong communication skills to explain complex concepts. I seem to meet all these requirements, including my BS in computer science, 2 years as a senior analyst, strong SQL and Python, A/B testing experience, and some preferred skills like ML, NN, and Spark. However, the feedback I received was 'lack of hands-on experience,' which wasn't very clear, and doesn't align with the listed job description.

The interview process starts with a headhunter reaching out, followed by a phone screening and a phone tech interview, and concluding with an onsite interview. I had a great interview experience; the interviewers were very professional and nice. The interview process is really important for both the employer and the interviewee to make the final decision. The good impression of the team made it easy for me to choose them. What's most important to me is who I'll be working with and what I'll be doing. Talking with the team members helped me understand these factors better, and I'm happy I found a great fit. My advice to others preparing for interviews or interested in the company is to get familiar with blockchain technology trends and know what you want. Then, during the interview, ask yourself if the team and work will be a good long-term fit for you. Good luck!
