The interview process was pretty simple with just three rounds. It went really smoothly and the team made it a nice experience. All in all, it was a great experience. - Can you tell us about your technical skills?
Wastewater Specialist
The interview process was pretty smooth, and the panel was quite flexible and welcoming. I had a total of 4 HR personnel and a supervisor from my department join the interview. Scheduling was also okay, they were really considerate of my time and schedule.
- Could you please introduce yourself and explain what makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
Hardware Engineer
The interviewer was pretty negative from the start, didn't really introduce themselves and just started firing questions. I tried to talk about my background but they kept cutting me off and seemed really focused on hardware development, which made things tough. They asked some deep questions and were kind of shaming me, which wasn't professional at all. It was weird because sometimes they'd dismiss an answer I gave that was correct, and then later give the same answer themselves, saying it was their idea. They told me I wasn't a good fit but kept asking more questions and shaming me, which didn't make sense. Their whole attitude was just consistently negative and they had bad people skills. It would be hard to work with someone like that.
- Can you explain the fundamentals of PCB design, including UL and EMI standards?
Production Associate
Got hired in less than 3 weeks from when I applied. The interview was pretty basic and simple. Some good things are that it's close to my home and on a bus route. They are serious about safety and require you to wear PPE. The team is supportive and other associates were really helpful when I was training. It's a friendly place to work. There's also a lot of overtime and Saturday work available, depending on how busy things are. It's an okay place to work.
