Program Manager
The interview process involved about three to four stages. It started with a phone screening, then moved on to meeting with team members, and finally, interviews with manager and/or director level folks. You'd find out pretty fast if you were moving on to the next stage.
- Can you walk me through your resume and elaborate on your previous experiences?
Chief of Staff
I applied online and after about 3 weeks, a recruiter reached out. The screening call happened a week after that, and it was a casual, back-and-forth discussion going over the job description. I was told the next step was an interview with the executive and that they'd call in 2-3 days to set it up. The recruiter seemed really positive and said I exceeded qualifications. Then, I heard nothing for a week, and saw the job reposted. I emailed the recruiter, who said she was still trying to schedule the executive interview. Another week passed with no update, so I followed up again. The explanation was the same: the executive was traveling, so scheduling was difficult. Two more weeks went by, and I got a random call with the same update. I asked if I was being strung along or if the position was filled, and was assured it wasn't. By this point, I'd already mentally moved on, but I was curious how it would end. A week later, I got an email saying I wasn't being considered anymore. I asked for feedback via email but got no response.
- Can you confirm your skills and qualifications meet the requirements of the job posting?
Data Analyst
So the recruiter emailed me to set up a phone screening, which we did. But then on the day of the call, they didn't reach out at the scheduled time, so I had to follow up. They got back to me over an hour late and apologized, which was fine. The recruiter said they were impressed with my resume and wanted to move me forward. After that, I didn't hear anything, so I reached out again with no response. Then, weeks later, I got a rejection email saying I had interviewed for the position, even though I never actually did. I checked the website and the job posting is still up.
- Where do you reside?
Utilization Reviewer
First, there was an online exam that included an IQ test and a personality test. Then, there were two phone interviews. The first one lasted about 20 minutes, and after that, the interviewer scheduled you for another interview with a manager. The second phone interview was an hour long and had similar questions. Finally, there was an in-person interview with two other managers.
- How would you communicate negative information to a member?
- Describe your typical work process.
- What is your attendance record for the past year?
