Human Resources
The company's welcome was great, the interview went well with good approach, kindness, and professionalism from the company staff. For opportunities in HR for the Aprilia site.
- What is your motivation for a change?
- What are your salary expectations?
Customer Service Representative
The interviewers were nice, but unfortunately, Trivium Packaging chose another candidate, so I missed out on the job. The interview was with my direct colleagues in the department. Overall, it was a good experience, but I didn't get the job.
- Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
HR Generalist
I had a total of 4 interview rounds plus a pre-screening. The scheduling was pretty flexible and easy even though it seems like a lot of interviews. They were all really friendly conversations, very informative and professional rather than like a strict interview. It made me more interested in the role as we went through it, and by the end, I was totally sold on it! Happy to say the folks who interviewed me are now my coworkers.
- If two managers needed urgent help at once while you were on a tight deadline for a report to your LM, how would you handle that situation?
Process Optimiser
I applied for the Process Optimiser role and felt my CV was a strong match. I reached out on LinkedIn to the hiring contact, and after they accepted my connection and I sent my CV, I was invited to an interview. On the interview day, the original contact didn't show up, and a colleague attended instead. I gave a presentation using a PowerPoint I'd prepared. Afterward, I was told that fluency in Italian at a native level was required, which wasn't mentioned in the English job description and was contradicted by my CV. I suspect they just wanted to give their junior colleague interview experience at my expense. I'm sharing this so others can be mindful of their time with this HR team.
- Can you tell me about your academic journey and working experience?
