First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trividia Health.
Laboratory Technologist
I talked to the manager about the lab equipment, my work history, and a drug test. We also discussed if I work well under stress and as a team player, and if I can follow verbal and written orders. They gave me a tour of the lab and we talked about the job title and hourly wages. This was followed by a written test.

Customer Care Representative
It's a straightforward interview process. They just want to see if you have experience in customer care, especially with really tough customers – the kind who are irate, upset, nervous, impatient, and need help right away. They want to know if you can handle the stress of working on the phone with diabetes patients.
- Can you share an example of a time you dealt with a challenging customer?
- Tell me about your experience managing interactions with difficult, agitated, or anxious customers who need immediate support.
- How would you cope with the pressure of a customer-facing phone role, specifically when assisting individuals with diabetes?
Quality Control Technician
I had one quick phone call, then an in-person interview. The lab manager for quality control and the department manager interviewed me. After the interview, they showed me around the lab. Maria and Davies, who interviewed me, were both really nice.

- What constitutes good laboratory practices?
- What do you understand by PPE?
