I applied online and after about three weeks I got an e-mail asking if I'm available for a Skype interview in another 2 weeks. I said yes. They called on time, the interview was with a manager of this department I would work for. It was a pretty laid back interview. The manager told about the company and asked to tell about myself and why I applied for this position. However, it appeared to be something else than I imagined before applying so I was told to think and write back if I really want to do it. In a few days I wrote an e-mail that I am still interested but never got the reply back. In one more week I wrote another e-mail asking for an update, never got anything back either... I guess I'm rejected then. But it would have been nice to hear from them.

The hiring timeline was short and the communication was straightforward. There were two Skype interviews. The interviewers were pleasant and made me feel comfortable before starting. The first interview lasted about 45 minutes and focused on my background and basic knowledge of the field. A few days later, I was invited to a second interview. The second interview was around 1.5 hours and included questions about me personally, how my current experience aligned with the role, and some logic-based scenarios. I received an email with an offer a few days after the second interview. Overall, it was a good hiring experience with no surprising questions.

Applied online and got an interview request the next day. Did an Excel assignment where I had to analyze data and then present my findings. Followed by a video interview with seven questions, three of which I was given beforehand.
