I was interviewed with a few hours notice because the owner was in town for a brief time. It was a very laid back interview. I was interviewed by both Randy and his partner Josh. They asked me about my experience in the sales industry and specifically about my experience with selling plumbing fixtures for the remodel and new construction industry. They asked questions about my availability and pay requirements and were very genuine in their desire to find out if the position would truly be a good fit for me because they were very worried that I was overqualified.

Behavioral Technical

It was a simple interview process. First, they asked about my resume, past work experiences, and education, then what I'd bring to the company, and some behavioral questions. The interview lasted about thirty minutes. The second interview was with two recruiters. I didn't hear back after following up twice.

It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked about my background and what skills I bring to the table. It was more of a getting to know you session than a grilling. HR was responsive to my questions and inquiries in a timely fashion.
