I had a phone call with the recruiter who had looked at my resume for the job I applied for. The interview was just clarifying questions about some main experiences on my resume. After the interview, the recruiter said they would let me know about next steps within a week, but I never heard back.

The initial interview was a standard review of the company, opportunities, and background info. Following that, there were more detailed interviews that included challenging anecdotal questions about change management experience, etc. Trissential was going through changes at the time, so it seemed obvious they wanted the right fit for the positions they were interviewing for. I see this as a positive sign.

I reached out to Trissential and spoke with a Recruiter. I gave a brief overview of myself and my career goals. A phone interview was scheduled for later that day. Following the phone interview, I was invited to the office for a meeting the next day. There, I met with three members of the Trissential Team. After these meetings, I was offered a position with Trissential. They had client companies seeking individuals with my background. It was decided I would be presented for a role. It was a very straightforward process.

It started with a phone interview, then I had two more one-on-one interviews. They asked pretty standard questions about my skills and past jobs. One interviewer focused more on how I interact with customers and colleagues, while the other dug into the specifics of my technical abilities. I was also asked about my strengths and weaknesses.
