Engagement Specialist
The interview process had 3 steps. It started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and finished with a small project to check my eligibility. Recruiters were super responsive and kept me updated throughout. The in-person interview lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Everyone at Trisept was really nice and paid attention to what I said. I got an offer and took the job, and I'm happy about it. The company has a great vibe, friendly and hardworking, which is awesome for college students wanting real work experience.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Engagement/Marketing?
- What do you see yourself doing career-wise in the next five years?
Database Administrator
So the interview process was super straightforward. First, I had a phone screening with an HR person. Then, a few days later, I went in for an in-person interview. This started with meeting the same HR person again, and we talked about general stuff like what I'm looking for in a job. After that, I met with four people I'd be working with. They asked questions ranging from what makes a good coworker to some light technical stuff about my database management experience. Both in-person interviews together took about 2 hours.
- What are your expectations for an employer?
- What qualities do you seek in a colleague?
- Can you describe your experience with database management?
QA Tester
I applied online and then my recruiter Michael reached out. After that, I had an interview with the manager I would be working under and a scrum master, which went really well and I enjoyed learning more about the company. Then I had another interview with the VP, who was also great and I learned a lot about their passion for creating quality products. I'm waiting to hear back because my recruiter is currently out of the office, but I'm hoping for good news because Trisept solutions would be a great place to work.
- What's your approach to testing when documentation is unavailable?
Web Accessibility Specialist
Overall, the experience was good. I wanted to join the team but turned down the offer before it was formally made because the salary offer was lower than I expected. The recruiter said we talked about it before, but we didn't. It would have been better if they discussed compensation earlier, especially since I did an assessment. I guess I should have asked, but I didn't realize it would be less than what my experience is worth.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
