It started with an online test, then a two-hour video interview. They were too literal and focused on small human errors that happen under pressure. The interview focused too much on full stack stuff when it was for a Front End role. I'm not sure if the interviewer understood the framework I used. The feedback email didn't match what I showed; it's like they wanted specific keywords even though I've built the apps they asked about. The interviewer seemed reserved and stuck to a script. How many people would pass their own test?

Went through a 20 question quiz, then fast tracked to a 2 hour interview. The interview had 30 minutes of coding and 45 minutes of questioning, discussions, and role playing. It was definitely not easy. I even had a friend try the programming challenge and he spent hours on it. Once you're accepted, the experience is great, companies I didn't even think would be interested in me are calling me to pitch me on why I should work there. TripleByte also assigns you a 'talent manager' who coaches you on job opportunities outside of TB. You feel like a celebrity.

First, there's an online quiz you gotta pass, takes about 20 mins. If you do, you can book a 2-hour interview. The interview is split into two parts. The first hour is a challenging task to see your experience and skills. The second hour is all about deep dives into how things work under the hood.
