Started with an HR screening call to align on expectations and discuss salary and tool familiarity. Then there was a Hiring Manager Interview, which reviewed my technical skills and CV. No coding challenge was given at this stage. The Hiring Manager was very open and transparent, describing their work process, tech stack, and biggest challenges in detail.
