So I had two skype interviews. The first one was with a recruiter and was supposed to be about 30 minutes, mostly to give me info about the job and learn about me. It ended up being only 10 minutes. It was okay, but I felt a bit rushed because they asked about salary right away before I knew much about the role. I felt pressured to agree to a salary that was too low. Then I got an email saying there was a mistake and the salary would be even lower. After that, I had a second skype interview with two team leaders, which was nice and conversational. Then I was invited for an in-person interview in Oxford, but since they made it clear there would be no more salary negotiation, and the offered salary wouldn't allow me to live in Oxford, I declined.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through a management hiring process that involved meeting with 14 people across two separate visits, totaling almost two full days. I interacted with peers, senior management, and team members. The interview questions were relevant and straightforward. I was also given an exercise where I had to outline my first three months in the role, covering strategy, planning, and execution. This document was discussed with interviewers, and some referred to it during conversations, though there wasn't a formal review. Everyone was really welcoming and easy to talk to. A bit unusual was the solo lunch, where I was provided lunch but ate alone in an interview room. It would have been nice to socialize during that time. After the two intensive visits, I felt positive about my chances, but I didn't end up getting an offer and received no feedback on why. I think feedback is important after that level of commitment.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online through their website, which was generally a straightforward process. After some time, I was contacted for an interview and some 'tests.' I had an interview with multiple people, which was alright, though some weren't very friendly. The test involved translation since I applied for a German role. The interview lasted a few hours, seemingly unnecessarily, as every interviewer asked the same questions, like why I applied. After the interview, there was a long period of silence; my calls and emails went unanswered. Eventually, I received a response stating the position was offered to someone else. Overall, the process felt very disorganized, and most people I interacted with weren't particularly pleasant.
