Key Account Manager
The interview process had 4 parts: an initial HR chat, a meeting with the sales manager where I had to present a 30-60-90 day plan, a chat with the head of sales, and finally, an interview with a peer. The whole thing was done remotely, and it felt pretty chill and not too difficult, overall an easy experience.

Account Manager
The interview process started with an HR screening and then a meeting with the team. The HR interview involved standard background questions and scheduling the onsite interviews. The onsite interview was quite negative. The manager was late despite being reminded twice. It felt more like a bullying session than an interview. I experienced some of the worst managers. There was a mock call round conducted in a bilingual format. Even though bilingual skills weren't essential for the role, they insisted on it and used it for negative feedback. This was followed by a brief 10-minute interview with the director. The entire interview process seemed designed to challenge the candidate. A particularly bad part was when the hiring manager asked about my current salary to determine my pay. I've never encountered this before.

Account Manager
Had a phone call with HR, then an in-person interview in London. Talked to the department manager and an HR advisor who seemed inexperienced. Neither really listened after the first question. The manager misunderstood something I said, and despite my attempts to clarify, he wasn't interested. Later, got rejected because he thought I couldn't handle the company's pace. I emailed HR to explain my original point, offering proof with my numbers and references, but they ignored it. It was the most unprofessional interview of my career, very disappointing for a growing company.
- Did you mean that the workload is too much?
- Could you provide the market share of the company you currently work for?
- Can you share the numbers for your current company?
