First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trintech.
Sales Executive
The hiring process was really smooth and nice from start to finish. They were super responsive with communication and I felt really supported by the company throughout. It honestly made me feel like it would be a good team to work with.

Sales Role
So I talked to the recruiter first, then had a Teams interview with two people which went well. They gave me good feedback and said I was in the final stage, a meeting with a senior person. Then, out of the blue, the recruiter called and said they'd offered the role to someone else. I was surprised after prepping and making time for the calls. It felt like they weren't communicating well, and the recruiter seemed more focused on their numbers than helping me out.
- Can you describe the office of finance?
Solutions Engineer
Applied online and the whole thing took over 2 months. It was a really long and intense interview process. It started with a screening call with the recruiter, then a 1-1 with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview and presentation with the team. A couple weeks later, I had to do another presentation to the same team and follow a demo2win flow. The last step was a personality and culture interview with the sales director. I had to constantly chase the recruiter for updates because I would hear nothing for weeks between stages. After the final interview, I waited almost 3 weeks with no response, so I reached out myself and was immediately told I was rejected for a better candidate. The entire process spanned over 2 months with many interviews. The team seemed alright, but Trintech's recruitment process was really weird and dragged on.
- What is your motivation?
- What defines a great demo?
- Can you provide answers to scenario-based questions within a sales cycle?
IT Support
The interview process was pretty much what I expected. We discussed my skills and experience. I had a video call with my manager where they asked a bunch of technical questions. Then, I had a one-on-one with HR, had to do the assessment test again, and met some of the staff from London.
- Can you tell me about the office culture at Trintech?
- What are some typical port numbers used in IT?
- Could you share an example of a security question you've faced?
