I was called in for an interview with the department. It was a 5 person panel interview. Then two weeks after I got called for an HR interview. They said they would inform me either way via the phone If I got chosen for the position or not. It´s been three weeks since the second interview and no one has said anything.

I interviewed with the director and a group of 3 other people. They asked some good questions and we spent some time discussing various things. It seemed to go well and I felt good about the university and the people in the office.
