I applied online and got an email from HR the next day for a phone interview. The HR person was really unprofessional, and our interview didn't even happen as scheduled. I tried calling with no answer, then emailed. She finally replied with an excuse that it wasn't on her calendar. I also never got the self-assessment test she said she'd send right after. She offered me $18/hr, but my coworker got offered $21/hr for the same job by her, and she gave us different details about the role. The second interview was with the regional manager and A-Team manager, two people in total. One was 5 minutes late. They seem cheap with pay, as they hesitated when I asked for more than $18/hr. The whole thing felt unprofessional, and I knew I didn't want to work there.

Behavioral Presentation

It kicked off with an open house style interview, which might feel a bit nerve-wracking if there are many candidates, but don't let that get to you. Just show up, talk confidently about your past work, be neither too friendly nor too distant, stay calm and self-assured, and ask the questions you're genuinely curious about. The second interview is more challenging, but getting one means you're on the right track. Don't get flustered by quiet moments or tough questions, just keep the conversation flowing.

Applied online. The interview was straight forward with simple, general questions. A couple of questions asked how I would handle certain situations. They wanted to know my background and experience. Got back to me fast and seemed very eager to hire. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.

It was a job fair in a group setting. We were made to wait in the lobby of an apartment complex, and the interviews happened in a couple of apartments. It was a bit strange because there were more people interviewing us than there were in our group.

  • They asked about my reasons for applying.
