Behavioral

The interview lasted about an hour and was conducted by both the department head and my direct supervisor. They asked basic behavioral questions focusing on my experience, my goals, and why I'd be a good fit for the role. I was offered the job right after the interview. Afterwards, the process for getting through the new hire paperwork, background check, and drug screen took about a week. There was also a basic aptitude test, which was pretty easy.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring and interview process was super straightforward. I talked with three different people: the director, a behavioral analyst, and the residential coordinator. They asked some basic questions. I also had to complete a simple skills test that anyone who finished high school should be able to pass. The next day, I got a call to come in and do some initial paperwork and get a form for a drug test.

Behavioral Technical Case

Got referred by a friend so sent my resume through her. Heard back within a week and scheduled an interview for the following week. First interview was with my direct supervisor, lasting 1.5 hours. It covered a bunch of stuff: background, past experience, role plays, and hypothetical difficult situations. Then I met with the Program Director, Deputy Director, and Clinical Directors for a 3-hour interview. We talked about big-picture things in the field, my travels, and client stories.
