Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trinity Rehab.
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
The interview was a phone call for a PRN COTA position. It was a simple and quick process. They asked questions to see if I was a good fit for the company. We talked about the job, pay, and benefits. After the call, I got an email with everything I needed to accept the job.
- Can you tell me about your prior experience working in skilled nursing facilities?
Physical Therapy Technician
Applied for the job and got a quick response. The interview process was pretty straightforward. We got a tour of the place and then sat down with the Director. He asked a bunch of questions about what I'm studying, if I know about exercise and anatomy, and why I'd be a good fit for the role.
- What kind of experience do you have with exercise and fitness?
Physical Therapist Assistant
We had a short in-person interview at the clinic. It was super relaxed, I got to meet the team and see the place. I ended up working a half day to make sure it was a good fit and helped out with patients. They asked about my past experience and watched me treat a patient.
- Can you describe the most challenging patient you've encountered and explain the reasons behind it?
Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology/Physiology
The interview process was really informative and went smoothly. It started with a phone screen and then moved on to two in-person interviews with the directors and the COO. If you have any questions, they were super helpful!
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
