It was a couple of Zoom interviews. First, I spoke with the recruitment leader, and then I interviewed with the property manager and the regional manager for the location.

I talked to the recruiter first and that went great. They were super informative, said good things about the company and answered all my questions. Then I met with the Community Manager. The second interview was okay, but I felt like they had already lost interest, especially since they were 20 minutes late and only gave a small apology. I was given a general idea of when to expect an update, and it ended up taking twice as long. I heard back from the recruiter, not the Community Manager. All in all, it wasn't too bad. I'm not upset about not getting the job, just giving an honest account. I know managers can get busy, so I don't really blame them for that.

I found this job on LinkedIn and applied. I got an email pretty quickly after applying to schedule an in-person interview. It was a bit surprising to have the first interview in person, but I was really excited because I'm a recent grad. I even bought new pants for it! I drove to their nice facility for an hour-long interview that I felt went well. I had to pay for parking there, and they didn't offer to validate it. I wasn't expecting to get the job, but I did expect some kind of update after the interview. I sent thank you notes to both people I interviewed with, and one of them added me back on LinkedIn. Still, I never heard back, not even a rejection email. I thought it was really unprofessional and rude. If you're going to ghost people, at least don't make them drive to your office and pay for parking.

The interview process was quite lengthy and disorganized. I went through three interviews, and then I was informed that my main contact was changing and that there would be a fourth interview scheduled. The new contact reached out saying they'd be in touch within a week to arrange it, but it's been over a month now. I sent an email to follow up but haven't heard back. It was all very unprofessional and chaotic, and the position is apparently still open.
