First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trinity MultiFamily Property Management.
Acquisition Analyst
- How do you see yourself in 3 years?
Manager
I just filled out the application and got hired. They said they really needed managers and asked me which property I wanted to work out of. I told them my preference, and then I had half a day of training with another manager who didn't know much about the systems.
- When can you start working
Leasing Consultant
I applied for the Leasing Consultant position via Indeed and received a call about a week later to schedule an interview. The manager seemed very friendly and used a pre-made packet of interview questions for our discussion. The interview itself was quite brief.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work here?
- What prompted you to submit an application for this role?
