Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trinity Health.
Procurement Specialist
Interviews were online via zoom and had multiple stages, about two to three total. There was also a spreadsheet comprehension test after the second round. Typically the hiring manager and another manager at the same level interviewed candidates.
- Can you share an example of a conflict you encountered in a past role or during school, and explain how you handled it?
- How does your experience and work history align with the requirements of this position?
Procurement Specialist
First there was a phone screen with a Team Lead or Supervisor, followed by a competency test. The final stage was a panel interview with four to six team leads and supervisors. They really emphasize using the S.T.A.R method for answering questions.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to collaborate with others?
Procurement Specialist
So I had this panel interview with some leaders from different departments, and they all took turns asking questions. It was pretty standard for an entry-level role. They wrapped up by asking if I had any questions for them, and then they said they'd be in touch in about a week.
- Can you share an instance where you faced and overcame adversity at work?
