It was a pretty typical interview for the nursing field. They mostly asked behavioral and scenario questions. They gave me an opportunity to ask all of my questions and provided great answers. They made sure to explain next steps and I got a tour of the unit.

Got a text to set up a phone call for a PreScreening interview. They asked some nursing questions. It was a 30 min video interview on Teams with Talent Acquisition specialist Michael. After that, there was a Teams meeting with the Manager of the ED, which was very easy going.

The recruiter missed our scheduled call three times. When I emailed questions, she'd say we needed to talk on the phone, then ghost me. She was unprofessional and pushed jobs I didn't want. I really wanted to work there, but I'm taking another job because dealing with the recruiter at Trinity Health Ann Arbor was so difficult.
