The interview process with the HR team could be better in terms of communication. The interview document wasn't very clear and hard to understand. Also, the interview was too long, over 2 hours, which was pretty tiring.

A recruiter from Trinity Health contacted me via text message to confirm my name, stating they found my info on CareerBuilder. After a brief interview, I was offered the job. The recruiter mentioned sending a check via email for me to deposit into my bank account to purchase a MacBook and system software. I suspect this is a scam, but I have accepted the offer.

After submitting my application online, I heard back a week later for an in-person interview. Following that, they reached out the next week for me to meet the rest of the team. After meeting everyone individually, another week went by, and HR called with the offer. We negotiated a bit, and I accepted. Then I went in to complete the paperwork, and I started the following week with orientation on my first day.
