The interview process started with an on-campus interview, and then there was a second round which was a national interview. The on-campus part was mostly behavioral questions. The national interview involved rotating through four different interviewers and completing one writing prompt. It's a bit of a marathon, so be prepared to introduce yourself multiple times to different people. There were a few straightforward technical questions, but the majority were behavioral and quite repetitive.

I met the company at a career fair at the University of Missouri and signed up for an on-campus interview through hiremizzoutigers.com. Karen Rocha at the career fair was very nice and easy to talk to, and her excitement about the company was contagious. The interview itself wasn't with Karen, but with someone else whose name I can't recall. He had a standard list of questions for everyone. He wasn't as easy to connect with as Karen, and some of the question discussions felt a bit awkward. Overall, the interview went okay, but I didn't end up getting the job.

It was a virtual Teams Interview with the head of the new Omaha office as they're just setting up. She was incredibly pleasant and kind, we had a good conversation. Typical questions, leadership examples, experience, etc. The tough part was that she asked a question and then she asked if I had a question, and it went back and forth. It was good to have a back and forth, but it made the conversation feel disjointed and I felt like I had to switch back and forth from 'roles', so to speak.
