First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trinity Church.
Executive Assistant
The interview process was fine, but it didn't seem like a good fit for me. It appeared to involve a lot of operations, and executive assisting can be a grind. I was mainly trying to determine if it aligned with my career goals, and I could tell it doesn't. Nowadays, people don't get paid enough to dedicate so much of themselves to a company or organization.

Program Assistant
It was an initial phone interview. It felt very scripted, like I had to give basically the same answers over and over, even when I tried to change things up a bit from my first responses. They asked 4 questions that were all pretty much the same, focusing on values and why I wanted to work there.
- What information do you have about Trinity Wall Street programs?
- What do you understand about its values?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work for Trinity?
Communications Specialist
I had a phone interview where I also submitted my writing samples. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview to meet some team members. Since I was not living in the state, I paid for my own travel to get there for the interview. I didn't receive any feedback afterwards, even after reaching out.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Trinity?
- What kind of technologies do you know?
Marketing Associate
This was a long interview process with several rounds. Some rounds were one-on-one, and there was also a group interview with future teammates, plus a work sample. For some, this gauntlet might be a lot, but I'm used to it at this point in my career. The team and HR were really responsive, honest, and kind.
- How do you manage under pressure?
