Biochemist
So, there were two interviewers, and it was a mix of a technical demo and talking through my CV. The interview was on-site and took about 45 minutes. The folks interviewing me were nice and made me feel welcome. The only downside was the wait time. It took them about 2 months to get back to me.

There was a long gap after I applied before they got in touch, but after that, things moved pretty fast and smoothly. The people interviewing me were really nice and made a good impression of the company. I got feedback pretty quickly after the interview.

Sustaining Engineer
Had a recruiter call where I talked about Solidworks and IQ, OQ, PQ, it was short. Then I had an onsite interview which was pretty standard. I met the Director of Engineering, HR Manager, and the Engineering Manager and production manager separately. We did a site tour and I got to ask them questions.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Solidworks?
- Have you worked with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification OQ, and Performance Qualification PQ?
- Are you familiar with ISO or FDA regulations?
Lab Technician
I showed up and the HR person met me and did most of the talking. Then she took me to the lab, which was in a different building, and left me with the head of the lab. He showed me around the lab and the different stations and we talked about the work hours.
