They asked me to walk through my background and then asked follow-up questions based on what I shared. It was a pretty standard interview, honestly felt more like a casual chat! None of the questions were out of the blue. Just make sure you're prepped and have done your homework on the company and the role.

I initially interviewed for this role on August 11th. The recruiter said I was a perfect fit and would move on to the hiring manager. After not hearing back for over a week, I followed up. She again confirmed I'd interview with the hiring manager and asked for my availability, which I provided. Another week passed with no contact, so I followed up again. This time, she said I'd be interviewing with her, the recruiter. I was confused since we'd already spoken, but okay with it. She apologized for her 'process,' then admitted she didn't know who I was and thought I was someone else. She stated I'd once again need to interview with the hiring manager and asked for my availability. After providing it the same day, I didn't hear back for another week. When I followed up, she finally said on September 19th that the position was 'on hold.' This back-and-forth went on for over a month. I was really excited about this job and turned down other interviews because of it. Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time with this company. They clearly don't value your time or effort. It makes me wonder what the actual work environment is like if their hiring process is this disorganized.

I was contacted via email about an interview. Since they don't have a formal recruiting team, I think I communicated with the hiring manager directly through informal emails. The interview itself was on Zoom with two guys who seemed to be in a conference room. They just stared at the screen and kept exchanging glances whenever I answered their questions. They asked a lot of hypothetical questions like 'tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker' and 'tell me about a time you led a project'. They never followed up after the interview, so I was ghosted. It was fine though, I wasn't interested in proceeding anyway.

The recruiter was really bad at communicating, super discouraging. We had 3 phone calls set up, and she didn't call me back for 2 of them. I had to chase her down, and she just made excuses. It was so frustrating. But I still got through 2 interviews with the company, and in every round, the recruiter said the team thought I was a good fit and wanted to offer me the job. Then, like, months passed and I heard nothing. Total ghosting after all that.
