First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TriMark Digital.
Social Media Manager
Started with a thirty minute phone call. The very next day, I got contacted to schedule an in-person meeting. About a week later, I had a meeting with six people, all at the same time. It was pretty unstructured, questions were just passed around. I prepped for the social media manager role from the job app, but they hit me with questions about a previous job instead. Turns out, they weren't really looking for a social media manager with videographer/editing skills, but more like a Videographer/Editor who knows social media. Totally blindsided, I stumbled through my answers. After that whole mess, they asked if I had questions. I asked a couple, but they cut me off and ended the interview pretty abruptly.
- How do you track video KPI, considering my company puts minimal effort into social media KPI, especially for video?
Digital Marketing Intern
I had a really good time interviewing with the two heads of the company. It was great to learn more about digital marketing and what I should focus on to get more experience.
- Which department were you interested in joining?
Client Services
The interview process was quite straightforward for me, though I've seen it be more challenging for others. It seems to favor candidates who are not diverse and are attractive. If Randy approves of you, you'll get the job, regardless of input from directors or other leaders. This unfortunately leads to hiring incompetent individuals who are eventually let go or leave. My interview experience from years ago was very easy.

Marketing Account Manager
I had a simple initial interview with two Trimark employees. They said they'd let me know about their decision, but I never heard back, even after following up. It was really unprofessional to ghost applicants without any explanation.
