The whole process kicked off with a referral, then there was a survey, and after that, I had an interview, which is as far as I got. Honestly, I thought it was a pretty fair, consistent, and straightforward process as an applicant.

The interview process is pretty simple. First, the recruiter will send you a sheet detailing the types of questions you might get. The remote interview itself has two parts: a technical part with about 20 subject-matter questions, and a video interview where you record your answers to some questions.

The interview started with a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter. Then, I had to complete a 65 minute technical assessment. After that, they set up a mock student interaction to see how I'd help with an assignment.
