The interview process was very easy. They didn't ask much, mostly math questions like calculating the average roll of a dice and basic addition. They also asked about my motivation for becoming a trader. The final round involved questions about trading and my desire for the role.

It was pretty simple and friendly, one Zoom call for thirty minutes asking basic math questions, finance understanding, and quick problem-solving questions. There was also an in-office interview which asked more technical questions about trading and investments and explained the role in more depth.
