When you interview at Trillium Staffing Solutions, the first step is a phone screen. Recruiters will talk to you to see if you're qualified and have the right skills and experience. If that goes well, you might get invited for an interview, either in person or online. In the interview, they'll likely ask about your past experiences, what you're good at, and why you want the job. They might also give you some tests or other tasks to figure out if you'd be a good fit for the role and the company.

The interview process took about 3 hours. The interviewers were changed last minute, and I had to wait 30 minutes past the scheduled time. I met some team members and felt comfortable after they asked some personal questions. At the end, they said they would update me on the next steps but ended up ghosting me, which felt very unprofessional.

So I have over 20 years experience as a professional driver and warehouse manager. Trillium put me in a driver warehouse role and I was a perfect fit right away. But after my third week, they called me saying that the trucks at my last job weren't class B plated. Even though class B and E were basically the same, just the plates were different, they told me I had to leave unless the company hired me directly. The company did hire me direct that same day, which is weird because they don't usually hire people until after 90 days. The next day, they tried to charge the company $3,000 for hiring me, even though they were the ones who didn't want me the day before! So now I can't work there. The company is mad and won't use Trillium anymore, and they have warehouses all over the country, none of which will ever use them again. I wouldn't work for them even if they were the last company on earth. Talk about terrible customer and employee relations. Now Trillium gets nothing, just bad feelings, and they turned a happy customer and a grateful employee into all this bad blood for no reason. So incredibly short-sighted. Whatever you do, avoid working with this company, they clearly lack customer service and common sense.

I was ghosted after the first interview with the Hiring Manager. The recruiters were terrible; they never explained why I didn't get the job or pass the initial interview. No feedback was given. They did mention they had multiple roles open and could help me with other roles if one didn't work out, but then they just ghosted me.
