Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trillium Health Resources.
Care Manager
The interview had very structured, generic questions that didn't seem specific to the role. It was a virtual interview with three managers. They said I'd hear back in 1-2 weeks, but I never did, even after following up with HR six weeks later. HR said a decision would be made that week, but I still haven't heard anything.
- Can you explain what recovery means in your own words?
Claims Specialist
It was an interview with 3 people, rapid fire style. They all took turns one after another asking a scripted question. Minimal to no conversation. No questions off of my resume.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a disgruntled coworker or employee and describe your approach to resolving the situation?
Member Management Analyst
It was a really long interview process. I was in a room with three people, and they were all typing my answers as I spoke. I was super nervous, and the room was so quiet, I honestly didn't think I did well. They mentioned they'd let me know their decision in about a week.
- How would you describe your approach to prioritizing tasks?
- What is your experience working with others?
