Behavioral Other

It was pretty simple. Had an online interview with a few people. They weren't clear about the job I was applying for, which caused a big issue. Ultimately felt like a waste of time.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The interviewers, who seemed young, suggested I'd need to start at a lower position and put in the time, even though I have many years of experience and education. What does this say about the culture?
  • Can you elaborate on the implied culture based on the interviewer's comments about starting low and doing your time?

Group Presentation Behavioral

It was a group interview, very serious with a diverse group of interviewers. They asked a lot of questions and I was asked to prepare a presentation for the second interview. They also asked about other potential jobs at the agency that I might be a good fit for. They used visuals during the interview. Having certificates for completed diversity trainings or HIV care was helpful. They asked many questions about how to connect with community resources and about advocacy. A driver's license and car are required. You also have to be open to being on call and escorting people.
