I submitted my application online and got a response in under a week. The Recruitment Director called to schedule the interview and gave directions. The interview happened about a week later. They mentioned I'd hear back by the end of that week. Later that week, I got an email saying they were delayed and the decision would be pushed back a few days. I got the final word by the end of the day on the promised date. The whole thing was pretty smooth and I wasn't left hanging too long.

I was contacted by phone after applying. Since I was still moving to Portland, they mentioned they needed to fill the role quickly but would consider me if they didn't find someone right away. True to their word, they called me a week before my move. I had a one-on-one interview with the site director, just the two of us. Two days later, I interviewed with the site director and the school principal. I got the job offer two days after that. The process was a bit fast but okay. They were flexible with my start date, which was great.

The person I was supposed to interview with was tied up in a meeting, so I ended up interviewing with two supervising staff members instead. They were pretty relaxed and nice. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. It started with me giving some background on myself. Then, they gave me an overview of the job and asked me some situational questions. I'd suggest looking up trauma-informed care and bringing it up if you get the chance.

It was a short and nice interview. After we talked, they showed me around the campus and I met some other people from health services. They mentioned that employees get free breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which would be a good perk for saving money. I felt like they were very open and honest throughout the whole process, which I really liked.
