First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trillium Creek Dermatology.
Personal Care Assistant
The interview process included a brief 10-minute Zoom call, followed by a second in-person interview. During the second interview, there was a grammar test and a typing test. After completing the tests, we moved on to some general interview questions. Then, we did some shadowing, where I got to follow a current PCA and observe them with a patient to see the full scope of the job. The interview experience itself was really good. However, I never had the chance to meet the hiring manager.
- Do you intend to utilize your Master's Degree?
Administrative Assistant
I had a Zoom interview, but the interviewer was late and seemed really preoccupied and short with me, like I was interrupting them. They came across as very cocky. I didn't get a callback for another interview, but I wouldn't have taken the job anyway.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
Medical Assistant
The interview process was quick. I shadowed Dr. Helen Torok and Jordan MA. Afterward, I met with the Manager to discuss pay and the job responsibilities. I was able to start soon after because I had vacation and was working another job. They gave me my scrubs the same day they offered me the job, and I received 3 sets.
