I found the position on LinkedIn. HR reached out for an initial chat about the job, lasting about half an hour. Then, I had a casual half-hour conversation with the hiring manager who went over my past work and explained the role more. The next step was a panel interview with four Trilink employees in various roles. They asked about my prior experience and how I'd handle specific scenarios. HR first got in touch around the end of March, and I got the contract by mid-April.

It was a pretty chill interview process with just three rounds. They asked some basic questions about my resume and then a couple of technical ones. The whole thing wasn't too long, only about 30 minutes. The interviewers were really nice, so overall it was a good experience.

First I had a phone interview with HR where they asked typical interview questions like strengths, weaknesses, and future goals. Then I was passed to a business lead. After that, I went in for an in-person interview with two employees where they asked general questions and gave me a short test. A week later, they called me for a second in-person meeting which was just a quick (<5min) review of the first interview, and then a site tour. They made an offer and I had one day to decide. I asked for more details on benefits, and after receiving them, I had less than an hour to accept. When I asked for time to discuss it with my spouse, they withdrew the offer.

It was a pretty quick process, about 3 weeks from when I applied to getting the offer. First, I had a simple phone screen with the hiring manager or HR. After that, I spoke with the director of Product Management. Then, there was a panel interview with some people who have since left the company. Following that, I had a meeting with the team. They ended up offering me the job over lunch.
