The interview process was very straightforward and it was very clear what next steps were after each interview. First, a phone call. Next an in person interview with who would be my immediate report. And last, an interview with the Founder at a coffee shop across the street. An offer was given within a few days after my final interview.

If your resume looks good, they'll get in touch pretty fast. The first call is just a chat about your background and what you've done technically. Then comes the onsite, where you'll show off your front-end skills with a live demo. If you know your Javascript and CSS well, it shouldn't be too tough. They also hit you with some whiteboard coding problems that are a bit more challenging and heavy on algorithms. It'd be good to review your discreet math, especially summations/series and partial sum formulas.

Arriving to the interview on time is important, don't show up early. First, I had 10 minutes to develop a game with provided assets. Then, there was a casual chat with the lead developer and owner. Finally, a whiteboard test was given for problem-solving. The atmosphere was really friendly.
