So the interview process goes like this: first, we check your resume, then there's a group discussion (GD), followed by two technical interviews, and finally an HR round. They first check for culture fit and then the interview kicks off. The first technical interview is pretty basic, and the second one gets more advanced. After that, the HR round happens.

The interview was not a good experience. The interviewer was quite demanding and didn't make me feel welcome. They asked questions so quickly, sometimes before I could even finish solving the previous one. This made me wonder about the company's work culture. It was pretty demotivating, and I started to question my efforts to impress them. It was a really bad way to interview someone.

We'll start with two technical rounds. The first is to check your basic tech knowledge and how you solve problems. The second one goes deeper into advanced stuff, some coding, system design, and your past projects. Then, there's an HR round to see if you're a good fit, talk about how you communicate, what you want in your career, and sort out the pay and perks.

The interview process was super quick, done in just 2-3 days. It started with 2 technical rounds, then an HR round, and then this weird extra round. Round 1 was with a PM, mostly behavioral stuff like 'tell me about yourself' and resume walk-through, plus questions on roadmapping, strategy, prioritization, and Agile. There was also a 15-min guesstimate case study. Round 2 was similar, but the case study was about designing an edtech app with features and stories, which was a bit harder but I aced it. Round 3 (HR) was on the same day, a few hours after Round 2. We discussed salary, and they seemed hesitant at first but we settled on a number, though they said it would need special approval and might take 1-2 days. After that, I had to send salary slips and documents, and they mentioned waiting for approval. The next day, out of the blue, I had a short 15-min 'formality' interview with a Director. Then there was a 'special round' with 2 directors. This 15-min interview actually went for an hour, and it seemed to go well. The big surprise came when the recruiter said it was a 'No' from the directors, with no feedback given. Honestly, if directors are that irresponsible and unwilling to give feedback for a rejection, I wouldn't want to work there. It's also strange to have a director round after the HR round, which is usually the last one. So, think carefully before joining this company, especially for mid-senior or senior roles. I'm not saying the company or people are bad, but good companies have 360 feedback. It feels like a waste of time for everyone. I really believe in fast and effective feedback because it's crucial for success, helping you know where to improve and get stronger.
