After I sent in my application, I first had to do this questionnaire so they could see how I handle stuff and learn more about me. Once I sent that back, we set up a time for a phone interview to talk about the job and my experience. Then, later that week, I went in person and met with the CEO and VP of Acquisitions. Tricap was really quick and efficient with each step. The CEO was helpful with my questions and easy to talk to.

Everyone I talked to at Tricap was friendly and easy to chat with; they clearly enjoy their work and are invested in their roles and the company's future. The interviews felt more like talking with a coworker than a formal evaluation.

It was a behavioral interview, not super technical. They were looking for someone who would fit well with their small team and could grow into managing a territory covering states across the country.

The interview process was very thorough and open. It involved a mix of formal one-on-one interviews with leadership, plus site visits and shadowing team members for a day. This process really helped clarify job expectations, responsibilities, and requirements.
