First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tribute Companies Inc..
Leasing Consultant
So the first part of the interview, where things get a bit intense, could be online or in person. Usually, you'll meet with the hiring manager or a few people. They'll want to know about your background, what you're good at, and how you'd handle certain scenarios. It’s a good idea to think about how you'll answer common questions and look into the company beforehand. Feeling a bit jittery is normal, but this is your moment to show them you're the right person for the job.
- Can you tell me about your leasing experience?
Leasing Consultant
The interview was pretty basic and didn't really let me show off what I can do. It seems like a good company though, and I'd be open to working there if the chance came up, but it just wasn't the right time.
- Other than writing, what else could you do with a pencil?
Property Manager
I had an interview with the current property manager and the regional manager. They asked me basic questions about the job I was interviewing for and why I thought I'd be a good fit. I was also asked to sell a pencil. The whole thing took about 30-45 minutes.
- What do you consider your greatest strength?
Leasing Consultant
It was simple, but took a long time. They do a real background check on your previous employers. You'll be interviewed by the Regional, who isn't very smart, so if you look a certain way, you'll be hired.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
