Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo (TJSP).
Legal Intern
Legal Intern
I sent my resume directly to the assistant in charge of the court after seeing the opening posted in my faculty group. Then, I had an interview via WhatsApp call where they asked me about my resume and my familiarity with the job duties, as well as my availability and interest in the position.
- Intends to stay in the position for the entire internship contract?
Legal Intern
The interview was very quick, about 15 minutes, with few questions. Most were about my availability and why I'm interested in the role. No direct legal questions were asked, except for one about my involvement in a university extension program. Two people conducted the interview, both very polite and welcoming, and they were legal professionals, not HR.
- Are you interested in the public sector?
- What led you to learn about and become interested in this position?
