The interview process was really welcoming and down to earth. There were several steps, and I spoke with different employees at various leadership levels. The questions were mostly situational and focused on my past work experience. A personality test was required to see if I'd be a good fit for the agency's fast-paced lifestyle.

It felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. They were really friendly and happy to answer any questions I had and provide explanations. It seemed like they were genuinely interested in getting to know me better, both as a person and as a professional.

Behavioral

The interview process involved a standard behavioral interview that focused on my college experiences. When I inquired about work-life balance, the engineering manager implied it was poor. Despite being told I'd hear back in a few days, I was ghosted after multiple follow-ups via calls and emails. It was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Overall the interview was a good experience. I was asked lots and lots of questions which I wasn’t initially anticipating but were easy to navigate through and answer. The questions ranged from experiences, appropriately personal and professional, to how well you work under certain situations.
