First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tribeca Pediatrics.
Registered Nurse
It was online first, then a Zoom call, and finally an in-person interview. It wasn't too difficult, just standard questions. They made an offer pretty soon after. I spoke with HR and some other people. They seemed to have decent training for the role. It was a pretty typical interview experience overall. I don't have any real complaints about the process itself. They were responsive and moved quickly.

Radiologic Technologist
The interview process moved quite fast, and they actually made a job offer right over the phone. I needed the job, so I accepted it. The job itself was decent, and I met some really great people during my time there.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Receptionist
It was a really chill group interview with three managers. It wasn't stressful at all. The group setting could catch you off guard though. Be ready for some weird questions that feel more like a personality test than about your actual work history. They seem to be looking for people who fit the team vibe rather than specific skills, since it's a very entry-level job.
- How would you handle upset parents
Medical Assistant
I found the job online and HR reached out. The interview was a group setting with 3 interviewers and 2 other candidates. They asked pretty basic questions to see how we'd handle situations, basically looking for team players. I tried to be super positive and enthusiastic, but it didn't work out.
