I submitted my application online on January 31, 2018, and heard back from the recruiter, Megan, on February 15, 2018. She was great and let me pick a time for our phone interview. She sent over the job description and some info about the company, suggesting I check them out before our call. Our chat was good! We had an open conversation where she asked about my experience and how it fit the role. I got to talk about my past jobs. Then, she told me what the next steps were: two more phone interviews with senior folks, followed by an in-person interview with several managers and senior leaders from 9 am to 2 pm on February 28, 2018. Megan was amazing throughout the whole process, checking in after each interview and even meeting me at the front desk before my onsite interviews. I felt I'd enjoy working at TC from the first call with Megan. Everyone seemed great, and it looks like a cool place to work. They responded super fast, and I'm happy to say I'll be starting on April 9, 2018. My interview timeline: Feb 15: Recruiter phone interview, Feb 21: Phone interview with Senior Leader, Feb 23: Phone interview with Senior Leader, Feb 28: Onsite Interview, Mar 7: Job offer call, Mar 9: Offer letter from HR, Apr 9: Start date!

HR reached out to me on LinkedIn to start things off. My first call was with HR to learn about the company. Then I had a ~1-hour phone interview with the Director of Program Management, followed by another ~1-hour phone interview with a group of Associate Directors. After that, I was invited for an in-person visit where a group of project managers (my potential peers) took me to lunch for a casual Q&A. The next step involved several in-person interviews with various VPs and finally the President of the company. Shortly after, HR got in touch with an offer that was within my desired salary range, so no negotiation was needed. The whole process wrapped up in about three weeks.

First, we had a phone chat. Then, I met with an HR person, a manager, and one of the Board Members. We also took a tour of the place after the interview. The next day, I got an email with an offer letter, and it had all the info about salary and bonus, but it was still pending the background check. The HR person was super clear about how the salary and bonus stuff worked.

The initial interview felt really good, like they were super interested, but then I never heard back. I tried reaching out to the recruiter a bunch of times, but got zero response. It's totally fine if I didn't get the job, but at least a quick reply after they seemed so keen on placing me somewhere would have been appreciated.
