Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trial Runners.
Clinical Research Associate
It's a 3 step process. First, an HR call which is a phone screen. Then, there is a technical, role-based assessment. Finally, a behavioral/personality/cultural fit determination. The questions during the technical portion were challenging, but if you know the job you should be able to answer appropriately.
- Why are you looking to leave your current place of work?
Business Services Coordinator
I had a panel interview during lunchtime in a really nice conference room. Three people on the panel took turns asking me questions and then gave me feedback about the job and the company.
- Can you describe your past job experiences that are relevant to this role?
Regional Monitor
The whole thing moved super fast, like 3 business days total. A recruiter reached out and passed my info along. I talked to one of the founders and got an offer the next day. It was the best interview experience I've had in a while.
- Can you share a good experience you've had working with a monitor previously, and also a bad one?
- Tell me about a time you had a positive interaction with a monitor, and then tell me about a negative one.
